Former Fortune 500 Executive Mimi Thigpen has joined the company as the new CEO to define and oversee OpsDataStore’s overall business and growth strategy. The company has also filled two key executive positions bringing on Matt Loos as Chief Revenue Officer and Jose Quintana as Chief Financial Officer, to help fuel the company’s growth.

As the new CEO, Thigpen brings a growth-oriented leadership approach to the business, while also helping customers realize the value of metrics and predictive performance analytics within IT Operations. Thigpen is a strategic, results-driven business executive recognized for spearheading rapid and sustained growth of global technology, communications, and professional services organizations. Prior to OpsDataStore, Thigpen was CEO of Northplains, a global marketing software company headquartered in Toronto, Canada that enables companies to create and leverage their digital assets in an omni-channel environment. She has served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Innovation for Cox Communications, Inc., a Managing Director of BearingPoint, Inc. and a Partner for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Thigpen began her career with the Hewlett-Packard Company, where she led multiple global sales, marketing, and product teams. Thigpen serves on the boards of several companies, and is an active member of the Atlanta community, volunteering her time as a board advisor for honorCode, City of Refuge’s Workforce Innovation Hub and MBL’s Haiti Initiative. She holds a BS in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University.

As the Chief Revenue Officer of OpsDataStore, Matt Loos will be responsible for sales performance, marketing, channel enablement, and customer satisfaction. Loos has over 17 years of experience leading business development and strategic partnerships within the financial technology and payment systems sector. He specializes in both direct and channel sales, creating winning market and distribution strategies for accelerated growth. Prior to joining OpsDataStore, Loos was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at ControlScan where he led business development and positioned the company for successful acquisition in 2017. Matt’s previous experience also includes strategic roles at CardinalCommerce Corporation (acquired by Visa) and Fifth Third Bank. He holds a BBA in Finance, Business Management, and International Business from the University of Kentucky.
Jose Quintana is the newly appointed Chief Financial Officer of OpsDataStore. Quintana is a strategic, accomplished executive who leverages an extensive background in finance and applies exceptional business acumen and operational expertise to drive business performance improvement – growth, profitability, cash flow – and enterprise value. Prior positions include XCEL Advisors, IBBS, ClickSquared, and Pearson. He holds an MBA from Emory University – Goizueta Business School, and an AB in Economics and Accounting from College of the Holy Cross.
